Been a fan of this one for a while.
Some interesting tidbits about this beer...
It's actually pronounced like Smid-dicks, not the way it is spelled.
It is Ireland's oldest Ale, and is still brewed at the Brewery at St Francis Abbey in Kilkenny, Ireland, and has been since 1710.
